We booked two interconnected rooms in Hotel Michael for two nights. When we arrived, the hotel is able to early check in us into one room. Then we continued our activities for the day. When we came back after dinner, the friendly staff told us the other room had some issues and was unable to let us in. He said there's another room on the same floor but further apart. My husband asked if the hotel could try something else. Eventually we got upgraded into a beautiful two-bedroom suite. We were all very excited to stay there. That was the most memorable hotel stay experience I have ever had. Thank you, Hotel Michael. Besides that, the concierge staff was very helpful in getting us transportation to the airport in the very early morning.

Firstly, this time round 24th Dec to 26th Dec2022 is my 2nd time staying at Hotel Michael for this year. We went during for a staycation on the 16th Jul22 and stayed for a night to celebrate my daughter's birthday & Hotel Michael actually done up a room with streamers, balloons & chocolates to welcome her. That is very awesome. So, we decided to stay again for the long Christmas weekend & also to celebrate my wedding anniversary in advance as the actual event is in Jan2023. Hotel Michael actually also fulfilled my request and gave us the exact same rooms that we stayed in Jul2022, Room 0954 & 0956. They are really really very awesome. We will definitely choose Hotel Michael again without any hesitation for our next staycation in 2023. You guys are super duper AWESOME. Thank You for the wonderful experience and memories.

Easy and fast check-in. Located at Sentosa Island so the attractions are very near. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Airconditioning is also good.

In the heart of all the attractions on Sentosa. A short walk to the Sentosa Express. You can buy all the attraction tickets at a discount at concierge. Lovely rooms and pool area

The 2 rooms were great, they gave us the connecting rooms on the high floor and also a small surprise for my daughter as we are celebrating her birthday. Check-in was fast & good. Staff very friendly & helpful. They have the main room ready well ahead for us with small decorations of balloons & a box of chocolates. It was an awesome stay for our family & my daughter enjoyed her stay very much. Oh yes!!! the pool was great too...clean and very peaceful, we had a good time at the pool too. Overall, the stay was good. Hotel Michael has done their best to fulfill all my requests. It was so AWESOME!!! Definitely will book my next staycation with Hotel Michael again....

It's near very near the park and food court, ease of access to everything, very convenient. The short walks to get to places saves a lot of energy🤣🤣🤣. They have everything and it's not hard to navigate the place. The room was very neat, maybe they can bidets to the bathroom but other than that everything is really great.

Excellent staff Service ( Manager Zong). Manager Zong upgrade our room to Suite. We never expect that he will upgrade my whole family to suite. My family enjoy the suite that been upgraded. We really appreciate the help from Manager Zong. Manager Zong did extra mile to ensure my family comfort especially my mother in law need more help so he upgraded our room we all stay together can help each others.

Room is spacious for a family of 4! water pressure is awesome and excellent service by the staff Location is great - famous Sentosa places are few minutes walk (Universal Studios and Aquarium) It was very convenient for the kids if they want to take some rest from the heat!
